Your first visit will be a consultation with the doctor. We will review your treatment plan from your referring doctor, discuss your surgical and medical history, including allergies. We will explain the diagnosis and discuss treatment options. We will discuss any questions you may have. Please bring your referral note from your doctor, any x-rays you may have and your insurance information. Patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please review carefully your medical history and inform the office of any medical conditions and allergies. We will also be interested in any medications you are presently taking. If you require a procedure an appointment will be made that best fits your schedule. If you are in pain or have an emergency and we will do everything we can to get you an appointment as soon as possible. Occasionally, the procedure can be performed on the same day as the consultation.
