Before anesthesia be sure to have a completely empty stomach for six hours prior to the procedure appointment. This includes food and liquids and water.
Be sure to have a responsible adult driver to accompany you to the office and remain in the waiting room during the procedure to drive you home.
It is best not to wear excessive make up or nail polish on the day of the surgery. It is also a good idea to leave any unnecessary jewelry at home.
Wear a comfortable short sleeved shirt on the day of the procedure.
If you have an illness such as a cold, cough, fever or nausea please inform the office.
